Terms and conditions
Terms and Conditions for T Shaped Services (Coaching Sessions, Online Courses, Webinars, Workshops):
1. Services
Provider: T Shaped LLC will provide a service as discussed and agreed upon during the introductory call or via official proposal.
2. Payment
Fees: The fee is payable in advance unless agreed otherwise with T Shaped LLC.
Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not provided once a service has been conducted. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or personal information shared during the coaching session or any other service where confidentiality is agreed.
4. Intellectual Property
Any materials provided during the coaching session, workshop, course, or webinar are for personal use by the client and may not be distributed or reproduced without permission from Joanna Kaniewska at T Shaped LLC.
5. Limitation of Liability
T Shaped LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the service provided. The advice provided is not a guarantee of outcomes. By agreeing to these terms, you indemnify and hold T Shaped LLC harmless from any claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of my involvement in its services and to reimburse T Shaped LLC for any such expenses incurred
6. Agreement
By purchasing a service from T Shaped LLC, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
